2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

   7.1. OSMoebel is not liable without limitation for damages resulting from the violation of life, body, or health based on negligent or intentional breach of duty.
   7.2. OSMoebel is not liable for other damages in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Warranty and Guarantees
   8.1. The statutory warranty rights apply.
   8.2. Manufacturer warranties remain unaffected.

9. Online Dispute Resolution
   9.1. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Final Provisions
    10.1. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
    10.2. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
